• U.S orders will be shipped via USPS & FedEx and International Orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from.

• Average transit times to the United States from our domestic warehouse: 2-7 Business days

• Average transit times to the United States from our international warehouse: 7 - 20 Business days. Average transit times to International: 15 - 45 Business days

• There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

Shipping cost:

• Orders over $65 will have free shipping.(current Promotion)
• Orders under $65 will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Full price will be displayed at checkout. 

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source for quality yet affordable products.

RETURN + REFUND POLICY

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 14-days Return & Exchange Policy:

• If a product arrives damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
• Timing: we have a 14-days  Return & Exchange Policy, from the day item was received.
• To be eligible for a return, goods must be unused, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• For returns, please email support@brightenave.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return. Along with a Picture of damaged Item, if damage is the reason for return.
• Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge.
• If you are unhappy with your order, please reach out to us at support@brightenave.com and we will be able to assist you. For any items being returned to us, you will be expected to cover the cost of shipping the item to us unless the reason for return is our error.
  
  
  

  CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

  You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, please email support@brightenave.com. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL".

   

  I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!

  If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at support@brightenave.com. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.

   

  MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED

  We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.

   

  If this happens to you, please contact us with:

      - Your order number

      - A picture of the damaged product.

  Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge.

Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method for the goods - we will ship your package within 2-5 business days.
